Taste: to perceive or experience the flavor of. Flavor: an indication of the essential character of something.
2013 was a good year for Residential Real Estate in Tuolumne County. Year over year, the number of distressed sales decreased while the average and median home price increased. Decreasing by 1%, the total number of sales was relatively flat as compared to 2012.
Currently we have about 5 months worth of inventory for sale. Low interest rates are keeping homes affordable and creating much buyer demand. Even with 5 months of inventory our buyers are feeling like there isn’t much to choose from so if you or someone you know is thinking of selling in 2014 now would be a good time to list.
