Local Ingredients: Copperopolis Olive Oil ~ Panzanella
Did you know that the Copperopolis Olive Oil Company sells more than just olive oil? They sell olives and honey and even body lotion. One of my favorites that they sell is their Garlic Cilantro Balsamic Vinegar. It is so velvety and smooth that it is hard not to drink it straight out of the bottle. Recently I used it in my Panzanella salad. It was divine. They have a store in the Copperopolis Town Square, or you can order their items online.
