We recently sat down with home seller Carolina Bates to talk about her home on Morning Star Drive.
This home was such a good fit for me because…
The floor plan was really great for raising my kids and also for guests…with the two bedrooms, bath and bonus room downstairs, they enjoyed having their own space.
The separate office was great – when I was done working, I could shut the door and just relax. I love to entertain and feed a crowd – the kitchen is great for preparing lots of food and the open floor plan and deck made hosting large parties easy.
Location-wise, I couldn’t find a better fit for my lifestyle because….
The convenient location is central to everything. And it was great to live within walking distance to downtown Sonora. The farmer’s market, coffee shops, parades…we enjoyed all of it.
At the end of a busy day I couldn’t wait to get home to….
It was so wonderful to step inside and feel I could leave all my cares behind. I especially enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of sitting on the back deck overlooking Sonora while enjoying a glass of wine.
