Interest Rates Dropping = Purchasing Power for Buyers
According to this Mortgage Reports article dated March 27, 2019, “If you’re thinking about a home purchase or refinance, don’t wait for lower rates. These may be the best rates we see this year.” In fact, they state that, “Mortgage rates haven’t been this low since the week of February 1, 2018, nearly 14 months ago.”
As you will see in the charts below, lower interest rates mean more Purchasing Power.
