Gibbs Drive Remodel – Follow the Progress Post #1
Driving up to my new listing at 20050 Gibbs Drive is magical. The home is not visible from the street. In fact, from the street all you can really see is the first bit of driveway. But as you start down, the long driveway begins to reveal itself, as does the view. At first there is just the hint of a view and then it opens to a view that captivates. All you can say at that moment is, “wow”. Nestled at the end of the drive is an approximately 2,229 square foot single story home overlooking New Melones Lake with a view that stuns.
While the view is stunning, the home itself is a work in progress. The homeowner’s, Gary and Elena are in the middle of a complete, top to bottom, remodel. And that is what this blogpost is about. In fact, it will be the first of many as I invite you to #followtheprogress as Gary and Elena work to complete their remodel. Having seen their ideas and plans, I am very excited to be part of this process and know that their home is sure to “wow” just like the view.
